Hi my name is Conroy Solomon... I recently purchase a hvac system from the BJS club after the installation of the units all my units started reading E6(error code) all my units stop working after several emails and phone calls someone finally came to fix two out of three units it has been thee weeks no one called to let me know if they sending a technician to fix my main unit.....THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE WORSE SHOPPING EXPERIENCES I EVER HAD......IM DONE WITH BJS AFTER THIS....
I tried so many times to speak to someone in a corporate office about a complaint and every time the phone hangs up on me I guess their customer is nothing to them that's why I go to sams club the customer Number one priority.
BJs has the worst customer service.
