The review by Amy V. is typical. I had the email. When I went for the appointment, the tech worked on the computer for a while then said, okay, but the appointment time is meaningless. You'll have to wait. After an hour, he went back on the computer and said, we don't have your tires. Don't waste your time trying to go to BJ's for tires.
I placed an order online and paid for the tire, install, etc and had a confirmation with an appointment and order number. On the said day, a single tech in the shop,apparently not happy at all with the appearance of a customer, said he did not find my order and that he did not have any tire for my car anyway. I had to call a service dept number. he wouldn't help. They told me over the phone that my order "had been cancelled". No explaination. That I should place my order again. Total disrespect of customers.
