False advertising. BJs had a tire promotion saying “Today only: Buy 2 get 2 free”. After I purchased, they only gave me 1 tire for free. I contacted member support and Erica Lopez responded “Promotion Not applied.” They did not care even though I provided a screenshot from the same day… they def don’t care about their members. The guy who installed my tires was awesome tho.
Don't expect to get anyone on the phone, but once you get an appointment they were very nice.
