I recently purchased four new tires from BJ’s Tires in Fairfield, and they did a fantastic job replacing my old ones. Chris Moore was outstanding, he was incredibly helpful, professional, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. The manager at the Fairfield location, Victor, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I needed a tire replaced under warranty, and despite having my Member ID and receipt, he insisted on another receipt and refused to help. Instead of assisting, he drove to the North Haven location to bring the tire, which was farther away from me, just to avoid dealing with the tire replacement. He knew it was unsafe for me, a pregnant woman, to drive to North Haven with the way the tire was but didn’t bother to do his job. This is not what... read more
Today I had a very frustrating experience at the tire center cause Eugene, one of the workers didn't mention to the next guy that I needed a flat repair and a tire rotation, although i got the flat repaired the tire rotation was out of the question, I don't understand why when the guy had thirty minutes before the next appointment, I know they have to follow rules but, I didn't make the mistake Eugene did, and the supervisor that came to inspect the job didn't do anything to fix the mistake either.
