The service at BJ's was the worst I have ever experienced while trying to ask questions and get help with my car. I am a woman, so I don't know much about these things; I brought in my SUV and specified the make, but I wasn't sure about all the exact specifications, so—feeling a bit embarrassed—I told the employee that I didn't know. The gentleman who assisted me at the counter was arrogant, rude, hostile, and completely lacking in empathy regarding the questions he asked me. If you really want to save time do not use this tire center for your service, went there twice , they do not have a certified technician to work on your vehicle and they will not have the tires you purchased available
