I'm giving BJs on Howe Ave in Cuyahoga falls Ohio only 1 star. That jerk you have monitoring the gas station lot was extremely mean to my parents. Please, line the gas station telling people where to go. Then fire him
Good gas prices
Optical department is very good. In particular Misty Crall is very professional and takes particular care of her costumers.
This is the club store I visit the least behind Sam's Club and Costco. There isn't anything that is negative, they just don't have as many deals on the things I use a lot. The club in Howe Ave is never busy which is nice compared to the other clubs. BJs dose carry the jeans I like for work so I always come here for those.
The product selection is okay, but the customer service was awful. I went to pick up an order and the employee said “here you go” while tossing the cart forward with an attitude. It came off as rude and unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of service that makes you want to return.
