I was checking out with my groceries, I didn’t realize mangos had to be bought in bulk, that I couldn’t buy a handful of mangos. The employee, Carla, at the front, snatched the mangos out of my hand and said, “yeah they are only sold in bulk,” and walked away. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I left without buying anything and I will not be returning to this store again. Employees shouldn’t make their customers feel stupid. They can explain it nicely, ya know, since it’s their job!
The worst customer service I have ever had. They charge my card for a renewal that I didn't authorize or automatically sign up for. Then I called them and they said only way they can refund my money is if I come into the store that is 45mins from my home. I was trying to talk to the lady she yelled at me and then hung up on me.
Good selection.
I just ordered outdoor patio furniture as it stated it would be delivered in 5 - 7 business days. I got the call today to schedule delivery....10 - 15 business days, no specific date until the week of delivery. I guess it is time to check out Sam's Club or visit my kids and go to Costco.
