I don't know what's going on, but I've shopped at BJ's Wayne twice, and where you pay yourself, there's a young white employee, but she has such a horrible and despotic attitude. She speaks disrespectfully, turning her back on you, and when you explain something to her about a coupon or something else, she's so rude. They should hire nicer people because buying isn't free.
I’ve worked both in and gas station off BJs. Never have I seen more unprofessionalism from management as I’ve seen them display. Their lack of care and resources truly mark the downfall of a BJs. Always short staffed and work whatever people they do have to their breaking point.
Clean and organized. Friendly staff.
