Worst BJ’s location I’ve been to. Crammed, the layout is a cluster fluff, products unavailable, and NO HAND SCANNERS for members to use at self checkout.
After seeing an item in the sale flyer I drove to get it. Could not find it on the floor. Customer service found 95 units but could not sell me any , recall was issued Went to another location , 40 units in stock, come back tomorrow still on the truck. It appears wrong price was printed and they do not wNt to honor it. Oh well, I went to their competition and bought 2 units. What a scam!
Been castemer for more than 6 years. Disappointed from kiwi. Looks like fake fruit and tast so weird. Not like before. Low quality.
I was at the customer service counter, the girl was so unprofessional, she made me feel like she were doing me a favor. No greeting, no have a nice day not even an acknowledgement I was even there. I spoke to the supervisor at this behavior at the counter and she as even worse. She didn’t even apologize for her staff. They get a negative rating from me.
