I have this membership specifically for the rotisserie chicken however, for the entire summer it has been nearly impossible to get a chicken. No matter what time of day I go, they always seem to be unavailable. Last week, I went to get a chicken and the timers were going off and the chicken was so dark it almost looked burnt but the worker told me it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. I love Costco but there's a BJs nearby so I decided to gove them a shot with a one day pass. My boyfriend and went in and they said they've never heard of it even though we showed them that it was active. We were asked to purchase a membership so we're off to Costco
I don't understand why they don't have scanners at self check out not do the associates that works there.
One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. An employee named Robin had an incredibly rude attitude. As a paying customer simply trying to make a purchase, I was met with unhelpfulness and disrespect. Instead of assisting me, they went out of their way to be rude. Completely unacceptable.
