Location is prime with easy access in and out of the lot. Young and hard working staff.. customer service could improve with a simple smile. There's viral video of a grown adult female customer being racist towards another customer at this location, this was disturbing knowing this type of behavior exists here, but then again it happens everywhere. Perhaps maybe have management step in to deescalate these situations, I was shocked when I found out.

Made a visit to this location, although smaller than my typical go to BJ's, this location was clean and well stocked. Need to highlight this location as typically when you seek assistance from employees on the floor they try to avoid eye contact... Like that is going to stop you from asking a question lol. Not at this location! Had the pleasure of catching eyes w/a worker by the name Tim K. ( and yes I asked him his name)who was sooooo helpful. Not once, but I caught him twice and was able to get assistance from him. No atti... read more
