They have the item in stock on the app. But employees never stock items and give you the run around. And will not attempt to look in the back. 1 month . I want my money back

I took out a membership , basically so I could purchase new tires. Complete attempt at a "bait and switch". At my suggestion the tires for my car were located at another location and I was told it could take up to 3 weeks for them to arrive. First appointment of the morning, it took and hour and minutes to complete as there was only one employee working. He was distracted by having to answer the phone and answer to walk ins. WISH IT WAS A COSTCO!!!! BJs absolutely sucks! I want my money back on this ripoff membership. They sell the lowest quality at the worst prices. Not to mention its absolute HELL trying to get gas at this location. Thankfully i only paid 10.00 for my membership however even that is a ripoff! PLEASE GIVE US A COSTCO INSTEAD!!

Very disappointed. Dragged a flatbed all around the store with only 3 items on it because BJs did not have most of what I wanted even though they were suppose the be in stock according to their website. Doesn't look like I'm renewing my membership. ZERO STARS. I stopped doing business with BJ’s, when I got a FRAUD ALERT, from my bank, that BJ’s tried to renew my membership to my bank card WITHOUT my permission. Oversized employee has renewed authority as I walked by and she yelled at me to check my receipt Once you’ve made your purchase, they have no legal right to hold you. Maybe they need more people to check receipts🤭 Store is hit or miss with many expiring items.
