Went to the propane side to get 2 propane tanks refilled. The store manager was very rude. She told me I had to wait. Meanwhile, not even a minute, before I walked in the store, she was outside of smoking a cigarette I proceeded inside and the gentleman came from the back to assist me.She said, no, go finish doing what she was doing.He's gonna have to wait..

Thank you again to the young lady in the bakery department. I was having trouble finding a new product in bakery and she went out of her way to find and hand deliver the bread that I failed to locate. Great employee!

I have been a bjs customer for over 3 years and I go very often. This is the third time this has happened to me. I pay for my Spring Water bottles through the app, I go to the store and it turns out there are none and they are packed to the brim. In front there are some that are supposedly only for online orders. I understand that. But it's not my fault or my job to lower the water from above. 4 employees started insulting me.
