Today I had a terrible experience with the old lady that checks the receipt at the door. I have 2 little boys (2 and 4 years old), we usually go every weekend to get stuff for the week. And when we go the person at the door is very friendly, polite, PROFESSIONAL… But whenever we have the bad luck to get this lady at the door… she is always very unpleasant and idk whats wrong with her.. always give us bad looks. Pure chaos. The so-called manager Brianna couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone to help anyone either. If this is how management acts, no wonder the whole store is a disaster.
