James from the tire center provided excellent customer service. He answered when I called for an appointment. He was very friendly. He was also friendly when I arrived for my appointment. After speaking with him, it was obvious he is trustworthy and I felt like he was going to be honest about my tire. He was! He did an excellent job on my tire. This was my first time here. Highly recommend, 10 cents a gallon off at the gas pump and I many times order ahead and pick up at the club which is free with a $50 order. You can typically find a deal online for discounted annual fee. Several clubs in the Rochester area make it so no big wait at any time whereas Costco has only one club in the area and it's always mobbed.
