I called the store at 837 PM and a gentleman answered and I said are you closed he says yes and I said your website yes 9 PM and you need to correct it b/c I am sure I am not the only one that drives up there for it to be closed and he hung up on me which is very unprofessional and he needs some pointers on phone manners, I really didn't appreciate it one bit and I may now quit shopping there and I am telling all my neighbors and family and friends that's how BJ's treats cudyomers, I said the website needs to be corrected!!!... read more
Nobody is ever around when you need them. They leave whole departments unattended for long periods of time. Their store is not disabled friendly. Bathrooms are horrible. Eager to see this place closed down in favor of a second Sam's club
I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews. I'm used to Costco in Tampa and this was a very nice change. The selection was great and it was sooo much less hectic and crowded than most stores.
