I came in to return a sweater at store 369 and I was greeted by Kimberley at the service desk who was very helpful and processed my return very quickly! We had a few minutes to chat about a few things and I have to say she was one of the most pleasant and upbeat person at any customer service counter ever ! I’m hoping to see her again to say hello and thank her again for being so kind ! She’s a keeper
