Poor customer service, the one line for checkout is ridiculous, the brat on the frontend yelling at me about it being one line causing a scene. Covid is over, you have 20 registers and one line, its absurd. Your front end worker cant multitask the registers and the line, end this failed policy.Â
Customer service is horrendous! The admin team in the front are clueless and have zero customer relationship skills. I’ve had an issue with my account for months and they keep giving me the run around and telling me to contact the customer support # and they tell me to speak the club in person. Neither have any clue how to do their job.Â
