Do not use express pay and app, withholds clipped coupons and offers and they scan everything at door anyway which is both annoying to you and all the people trying to leave - update I got like 9 responses from customer service about info etc... told them leave me alone... that $10 scam they had that service couldn't fix in store... yeah... I spend $1000 on food and month in stores minimum... they got zero!
I was racially discriminated against here today with the utmost unpleasantness. I was very offended that they seemed to treat us like thieves because we were Asian. Up to 20 can be calculated by self, but they prevented us from calculating by self. I visit this place once a week or twice a week, but I feel bad, so I don't want to go here anymore.
the worst. Don’t ever get delivery from here. i don’t mind paying 14.99 for delivery plus tip if I get all my items but the they forgot multiple items. I called up the dasher that delivers and he apologized up and down in which it was not his fault. He said BJs said multiple times all my items were there when he asked them quite a few times upon pick up. This isn’t the first time they forget items for delivery. I call up the store and noone even answers. I will never go to Levittown BJs again.

This bj’s prices are consistently much higher on many products then the bj’s in farmingdale
