I was having difficulty with my bjs app as I had recently gotten a new card and needed to switch the account number on the app. Jennifer was extremely helpful in setting this up for me. She was kind, patient and helped me navigate through the entire ordeal. I told her I would love to tell her manager how helpful she was and she told me she is the manager! So now everyone, including the manager's bosses can know what an asset they have un Jennifer!

Guys make sure you check your receipts staff scan products twice and upon checking at home the receipts paid twice of 1 product

BEWARE COLD CUT AREA IS UNCLEAN & DIRTY 🤢🤮. THEY PUT THE COLD CUTS & CHEESE 🧀 ON A DIRTY SLOP SINk TO 😳 OPEN THE PACKAGES. EXPOSING THE CHEESE 🧀 & MEATS 🍖 TO BACTERIA & FLITH 💩💩💩💀☠️. BOARD OF HEATH NEEDS TO INSPECT THE AREA. THE COLD CUT AREA NEEDS A COMPLETE DEEP CLEANING. EMPLOYEES ARE NOT CHANGING THEIR GLOVES AFTER CUTTING MEAT & THAN CUT CHEESE. UNSAFE FOOD HANDLING.

Order pick up is the worst Every time I do order pick up, I have to wait at least 45 minutes or more and when I walk in the store, everybody’s laughing and playing on their phones absolutely ridiculous not to mention the prices in Levittown or higher than farmingdale.
