Tried BJ’s twice after getting a membership — both times awful service. Employees were rude. I’ll stick with Costco, where people are actually friendly and helpful.
Stood at deli counter for 10 minutes while the one person behind the counter decides to ignore customers and literally do nothing of relevance. Usually come here weekly, but it's been getting worse and worse as the weeks go by. Good job guys
