Northboro pick up order no cars picking up just me. 15 minutes no one came out. Complained to manages on duty and he could care less. Why order online? Time to re/think membership renewalÂ
Terrible service at BJ’s. The cashier scanned everything, but the exit checker could not read the receipt and mistakenly treated all the meats as ribs. She rudely insisted I lift everything from the bottom of the cart even though I was sick. I asked her to lift it herself or get another staff member, but instead she threw my receipt on the ground. Completely unacceptable.Â
