One of the worst in Maryland the staff are rude
No wonder everyone I talk to says BJs is nothing compared to Costco. First the Pros: - Much better hours than Costco (8am to 10pm instead of 10pm to 8pm at Costco). - Have locations in areas where there is no Costco nearby. - Have a decent amount of workers out on the floor. - Better selection of eggs than Costco. - Decent selection of organic greens. - Not crowded (and for good reason), almost to the point it feels like it is going out of business. - Plenty of self checkout registers so that there is no wait. - The happy, s... read more
I was in the store shopping with my sister when one of the workers who is the mother of my nephew and niece started acting strange when she saw us and made up a lie that we were bothering her something that was not true they told us we had to leave and took our membership away. We shop there all the time and is very hurt by this lie from the employee. She does have some issues I don’t know exactly what but I’m very hurt and disturbed by this. The employee name is Andrea Caldwell. We will be pressing charges.
