Went to BJ'S today for tires. They were great when I went in and was researching tires and then setting up the appointment. While I got there a little early they were ready and friendly and took my car right in. I went shopped in the store. Then got the call and il needed TPIM too. (Lights been on)Their price for that was cheaper than my mechanic. When I went back, the service was great again and a kind gentleman not only brought me my keys, but put my bags in the car!. So Happy I joined.
Great variety of products for home or office.
Good when you’re using the scan and go app. Customer service can be slow
Quite good products but the entire experience is ruined by the BJ app. It requires 2 factor authentication through email which we tried 6 times and it didn’t work. The staff aren’t helpful „maybe it’s just glitchy today „. BJ‘s fix your app or maybe do alternative authentication methods. Or maybe let someone authenticate at home and let it last 24 hours. !! Very frustrating!!
