Went down hill ,I just came back from shopping there what an experience unbelievable. Some of the employees don’t have a care in the world just putting in time . I just filled up my shopping cart and then went to the Deli. To pick up a rotisserie chicken. This is at 340 pm 9/29/25 I approached the deli counter and asked a worker if the chicken was almost done. He went over and looked at the oven and shed 20 more minutes, so I sat down and waited. Horrible customer service at this location!!!! If I could put 0 stars I would, picked up all my items and went to check out. No one on register, just self check out. And the older woman standing on the self check out was very rude! Standing there doing nothing talking to other coworkers. Had to wait for her to come over and help me because I tried to use my rewards. She wouldn’t let me because my mother wasn’t there with her ID even though I am on the BJs account.
