I used BJs mobile pick up service on 10/12. Thomas packed my order and was extremely pleasant when he came outside with my groceries. Thomas offered to load everything into my bags which I happened to forget (typical for me). He counted every item to be sure they were all there, and was a pleasure to deal with. I was a long time Sam’s Club member who just recently made the switch, thankful I did!
This is the first time I received all of my items thanks to Thomas Finnell make sure my order was accurate and counted all of my items as well as helping me pack them
Thomas was so kind and provided great service! He welcomed me at the curb side pick up with great energy and enthusiasm. He helped me pack my trunk and we both realized I didn’t have one of my items. He quickly went back to the store to grab the correct item. I am grateful for his service—made my visit great!
Went down hill ,I just came back from shopping there what an experience unbelievable. Some of the employees don’t have a care in the world just putting in time . I just filled up my shopping cart and then went to the Deli. To pick up a rotisserie chicken. This is at 340 pm 9/29/25 I approached the deli counter and asked a worker if the chicken was almost done. He went over and looked at the oven and shed 20 more minutes, so I sat down and waited.
