My favorite place to shop. Start checking memberships at the door please. There have been people in there distributing other customers with real memberships. The memberships are no longer inexpensive so checking them at the door would deter unwanted interactions with non members in the club
I went in to get a cake the week before my daughters birthday. The lady that helped me showed us a bunch of photos of really nice cakes they had done and my daughter wanted a Wicked cake with Glinda on it, the lady offered to do the border as the green Alphaba design and my daughter thought that sounded great so we agreed. My daughter wanted chocolate cake but I was told they only offer Yellow cake? I thought that was odd but my daughter said that was fine. Passively aggressive red-shirt people at the checkout. While I was scanning my items, one of the employees walked over and stared at me, as if I was trying to steal stuff. I'm pretty sure that's what the cameras are for. This is the only store I have ever been to where the employees treat you like a thief as you're trying to buy the items. Normally very happy in general. Today went for propane and waited for 20 minutes only to have associate hardly respond to me and then say their propane tank wasn’t working. No “I am sorry “ or anything. Suggested they put a sign up and he just glared at me… inside service is usually very good.
