Went in to sign up and purchase big screen TV. Their system wouldbr accept my email even after signing into it to show them. Instead of solving the problem, they passed on my membership. Guess I'll look for someplace else. Would never purchase a membership now. Thats just terrible customer service
We got a membership to afford the cost of basic necessities and food for the year. And I kept repeatedly asking to do the $20 for a year deal on the standard club membership and yet at the end the lady still charged us for a plus membership for $60 I was so mad I didn't say anything because I do not handle situations like that well.
