Very disappointed with how customer service has declined at BJ’s Parlin over the years. My family has been loyal members for over 10 years and continued shopping here even though Costco is closer to us. After our Memorial Day experience on 5/25/26, we have decided to switch. The checkout area was poorly managed with extremely long lines while supervisors stood around chatting instead of helping an overwhelmed cashier.
