This BJ’s location is a total mess. Don’t shop there. This experience took place on Saturday 4/11/26. The self checkout scanners don’t work right and don’t ring up items that were scanned. And then the employee at the exit whose JOB is to count every item in your cart and compare it to the receipt-selectively chooses people to count the items in their cart. I personally saw the employee not count items in peoples cart. This is strange, under what criteria? I asked to speak to a Manager about this and three of them showed up!... read more
They're pretty mid here ngl They are out of stock on items enough that it's left a lasting impression. The shopping experience and whatnot is fine but everytime I try to shop here I have to grab 1 or 2 things from some place else because this BJ's just ran out or something. Tragic honestly.
