Worse customer service at members services counter. When i returned- Donna was adamant she could not do it with the return slip i provided her- After i encouraged her to try- she did it and it worked. I returned items- have proof of return- was not credited correctly. Found out 2 days later the amount credited was wrong. Called in, 1st time got Donna- she said she would call me back. I waited 2 days- no callback. I called and spoke to someone else who told me to wait 48 hours for the correct credit to show up. It didn’t show... read more

Horrible place Horrible employees especially in produce. I was harassed by a short guy with chrons he asked for my number and was talking about the drug molly.

Will not go back there again. Have been with this BJ's since it opened. It has progressively become worse. More often than not there are no checkers to help you at all, you must do self checkout. Today was the same. There was a young, tall, light haired young man at one of the checkouts and it seemed like he was helping another woman. I usually need help because of medical issues. I got in his line behind her and he told to to go to the self checkout line. I asked if there was anyone else to help and he said no. I said that ... read more
