I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the BJ’s Tire Center in Warrington after trying to have prepaid tires installed. The technicians refused to proceed, citing concern over potentially damaging my rims — which I appreciated for safety. I ordered a first birthday cake for my son, upon arrival in the bakery section, no one was to be available. I waited 30 minutes and then found someone eventually through asking someone else in the deli to please find me someone. I should have known then that this was a problem I gave someone who assured me that everything was OK a description and form of what I needed. Grab a cart before you get in. The last five times that we've been in. I've had to walk out find a cart in the parking lot and then bring it all the way back. Love their selection. Some things are pretty constant. But disappointed in the customer service and the cart availability
