Compared to other wholesale clubs (I have all 3). This one is pretty bad. Made me wait an extra 10 minutes just to get Pokémon cards and wouldn’t let me use self checkout for some weird reason
Tire Shop is not worth using. I purchased tires for my daughters car online based on the tire size, replacing with the exact size on the vehicle. We scheduled our appointment at 8 am on 1/31/26 and arrived at that time. We went into the tire shop and waited for an employee to show up but after approximately 20 minutes, and nobody arriving, we decided to walk over to the customer service desk and see what was going on (maybe I made a mistake somewhere). BJ's pick-up today gets 3 stars. I ordered pick-up for a 2nd time. And for a 2nd time I opted to go in and pick it up myself. I stood at the pick-up area, tried to make myself seen without being rude, I was looked at 3 times by 3 different people and never acknowledged until I said something to a young gentleman only to be rudely talked to.
