I give every store a chance and every person a chance. I’ve been here numerous times at the deli counter, attempting to get deli meat. For some reason, everyone takes a number, but they don’t count the number on the digital counter so you have no idea who goes next and you have to ask around to see you as the next number rather than them just displaying it on the digital board. Club automatically renewed membership 7/1 which I did not request. Current membership expired 7/29. Had to reverse auto renewal with in store visit. They refunded auto renewal amount. Confirmed able to shop through 7/29 with current membership. Went there yesterday and membership had been cancelled and was unable to use membership through 7/29. Totally unacceptable.
We’ve have been doing the pick up for a few months now and I noticed a pattern where they give you things that expire on the day you get them or the day after. This time around it was steak that expired the day we bought it and bagels that expired the next day Getting rid of your old stock in this way isn’t fair to loyal customers and their kids.
Sometimes lines can be a bit long, but they always have the best and cheapest priced gas.
I left my phone in a shopping cart and was lucky enough to have someone find it and report it to customer service. They gave it to Renda who is an extremely kind customer service worker. She was able to give it to its rightful owner! She explained to me that earlier someone else tried to claim my phone as their own but because of her quick thinking she asked the person to call it to proof that it was theirs.
