My go to BJ’s I come here weekly everyone’s very nice, the store is clean and it is pretty well stocked.
The customer service person Jennifer went above and beyond for me. I was in the store recently and there was a sweater/ cardigan I really liked but they were out of my size. I went to the customer service to see if they had any more anywhere and they took the time to look it up for me. Unfortunately they didn’t and before I left I thought let me see if I can leave my name in case they get more or maybe someone returns one figuring it was a shot in the dark.
