I bought a set of Hankook tires for my wife's suv at BJ"S in Batavia, NY 14020. They had a 55,000 warranty on them. At 25,500 miles, the top surface of the tires were completely smooth and the tread depth measured 3/32. I show the so-called qualified attendant and he said they had to be 2/32 and for him to do anything and he didn't seem to care about how smooth the tread was. I have been a loyal BJs member for 20 years, and have done most of my shopping in Manchester, NH. I have been so disappointed with so many aspects of the store. 1. Gas pumps are terrible. The pumps cannot accommodate gas tanks on both sides; they have an end pump, which is virtually unusable because, if you do it appropriately, you need to do a 3-point turn to exit the gas station. 2. I appreciate the lower fuel prices, however the attendant hassled me to leave the pump beause I took time to check my oil, despite there being 6 other pump spaces available. I got in the car to put my receipt in my wallet and she told me to get going. I won't be buying fuel from BJ's anymore, unfortunately!

I LOVE THIS STORE! WIth my car I had a tire rotation at this location in ithaca New York. I was quite impressed with the two employees wirking at the tire department. Team leader Nyzane and his supervisor WIll took very goid care of me both friendly and polite. They both should get a pay raise keep up the great work. The lady checking receipts at the door was extremely rude today, I tried to explain to her and showed her both receipts, I had taken off my jacket (she thought I was trying to buy it when I tried to explain to her BJs doesn't sell Michael Kors, and that was the same jacket that I had for 7 years she told me to go to customer service to check it out even though the sales clerk tried to explain to her that I paid for it (I showed the receipt. ) She should be working overnights stocking shelves, as she has an abrasive personali... read more

Do Not work for this store! The management are disrespectful to their employees and some of the shoppers are nasty! I have worked there and got treated terribly. Some of the people who work there made-up disgusting rumors about me, which are NOT true at ALL, and said I was "having sex" with random boys. I felt extremely uncomfortable to work there to the point that I had anxiety and felt unsafe and afraid, because I never knew what kind of bullshit they would try to pull. My boyfriend brought my car in to get my tires balanced and rotated. The store manager, Pedro told the tire employees to put my tires back on and take the car off the lift after the very nice employees let Pedro know that the one tire has a nail in it while it was still on the lift. Pedro told my boyfriend to come back later that there were appointments. Today I visited BJ’s at Freeport New York.  From  the moment we’re    greeted at the front door by  a gentleman named Frasier we  enjoy every second  shopping. He is a wonderful person a great employee and always with a smile.
