The self-checkout machines are temperamental and it feels more like a CVS experience with how much it talks at you. I'd prefer to check out with a human but that's me.
The self-checkout machines are temperamental and it feels more like a CVS experience with how much it talks at you. I'd prefer to check out with a human but there's always only one or two lanes open. I do a lot of my regular shopping here but sometimes I can't get everything in one trip because the workers are facing the salad containers rather than filling the fruit area which is picked clean. It's summer, I get it, but it's 10:30 am and things aren't stocked. Just makes for an extra trip or to make another stop.

Seriously??? Are you kidding me??? Going to this BJ's on a regular basis makes me feel like I am going to an old Woolworth's. EVERYONE treats you like family... I MEAN EVERYONE!!!! I LOVE the employees there!! The dairy department goes above and beyond to check out back to see if my Kerigold butter is in. The meat department will cut my steaks and trim the fat.
