If I could rate 0 stars I would. We placed an order on a Tuesday for a half sheet cake thst we needed to pick up at 8 am on Saturday morning. We arrived promptly at 8 am and they hadn't even started making the cake yet. Total bullshit and unprofessional. Place is a joke.
I would like to recognize the tire technician, not sure if I'm spelling her name right but I was told her name was rain. When I arrived by tow truck with a flat tire, she was waiting for us. She gave such amazing service. She was very professional and took her job very serious. She deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you so much, Lisa Lambert

What a joke figured I would try this place instead of driving all the way to Costco coming from West Chesterfield 2 people behind the counter one standing there the other on sounded like she didn’t no what she was doing on the phone o well
BJ'S has UNFAIR business practices!! Be aware when you renew your membership. If you renew within 2 months of the expiration date of your previous expiration date on your last card, they revert your expiration date back to the one associated with your previous account, not in the month you renew. Where is the fine print on that? There isn't any!! So, I just lost 2 months of use. This store very often does not have inventory of the sale/ coupon items.
