I bought a set of Hankook tires for my wife's suv at BJ"S in Batavia, NY 14020. They had a 55,000 warranty on them. At 25,500 miles, the top surface of the tires were completely smooth and the tread depth measured 3/32. I show the so-called qualified attendant and he said they had to be 2/32 and for him to do anything and he didn't seem to care about how smooth the tread was.
