Customer service is so poor! Representative was not helpful. Instead of offering a resolution she offered to close my membership! Very rude! I regret signing up! I have costco anyways. I definitely will not coming back to this branch.

7pm, on way home from work like thousands of other persons. Only 1 register open, and there are 2 people with 50+ items waiting to check out. SO, of course I'm forced to check myself out, at a store that makes a million dollars a day, on a slow day. Mind you this is 2 days before Thanksgiving, so it IS BUSY. I check out my 15 items, and get to my 5 gift cards, guess what, register won't scan them. Have to take them to an additional register, to do a 2nd transaction.
