Went in to sign up but decided to see what BJ’s offers. I was so disappointed with how the warehouse looks. It’s run down and just not maintained. Selections were frustrating. Shopping carts old and look Dirty. I found the club boring and definitely not for me.

Myself, along with my husband went up to BJ's to open a membership. We had gotten in the mail the promotion for $15.00 for the year plus $15.00 credit after your first purchase of $45.00. We went up to the customer service counter and was most fortunate to have Alexis take care of us. She was OUTSTANDING. She went through everything with us explaining the different programs, and when we did that, she got us set up online with the app and explained everything very thoroughly.
