General manager should in no way be in their position. For a long time I go there and there's no carts outside nor outside. Looked around outside & inside & found nothing... I like bjs as it's more convenient then busy costco but I drove to costco & spent several hundred... I'm sure this happens constantly with people frustrated & not able to get a cart... Oh wise gm, you must realize even with your low iq, customers must have carts to be able to buy lots of stuff... no carts, no buys. As I leave I found sine way in the back... read more
Their customer service is horrible. I waited in line almost 15 minutes to return one item? 1 girl at service desk apparently didn’t know what she was doing. If the person didn’t come over from self checkout and wait on me I would have left with the closing crew. Definitely won’t be renewing my membership. There are too many similar places to shop with same price and quality without membership fee. It was Friday around 6 pm was dead they are clearly loosing business due to service and price issues. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
