Honestly I've never been to a Bjs and there were no carts in the parking lot. I actually haven't been to any food shopping location like shoprite, walmart, target etc and there has never been a shortage of shopping carts. Even if those other store i mentioned are packed there is still an abundance of shopping carts. Having to wait outside and Hound people for their carts when they are finished is annoying. Other than that this place is greatÂ
This location is running neck and neck to the Jersey City location. The worse service. No one in customer service answers the phone. I just received my delivery and im missing items. Can't get it corrected becauae no one answers. There was notification sent for 1 item being out of stock not 3. Never again. I will continue to get my orders by my job in Rutherford.Â
