Ordered 3 dozen cupcakes for a child's birthday. After significant drama of receiving a call that they can't put the themed photos on the cupcakes due to knowledge issues only 5 hours before pickup. It turns out the icing on the frozen cupcakes is just so awful they cannot flatten the icing at all even after thawing as it is still rock hard and breaks apart. I came in to Bjs last week after the snow storm to look at some glasses & Ms Clare was on her way out before the snow turned to ice. Ms Clare was so nice to delay leaving to help me pick out some glasses and place my order. She put her safety at risk to help me. I asked her was she sure because I understand, She said it’s ok. She deserves acknowledgment. I’m so happy with my glasses she help me pick out too.
Ketton helped me in tire bay and I just wanted to brag on him. Hi was very nice and very helpful
