Extremely frustrating experience with BJ’s Tire Center and BJ’s Capital One credit process. I ordered tires yesterday online from BJ’s, paid with my BJ’s Capital One Mastercard, and scheduled an installation appointment for October 25, 2025, which was confirmed via email.. some employees are a bit rude…Â
Terrible, they wouldn’t give us two dresses that we paid for after an employee took them and set them in an employee cart. Drove back to bj’s just for them to tell us we have to wait until cameras were reviewed. But our items were in the employee cart by the self check out and out items barcode matched on our receipt. And yet they didn’t want to give is our items that we paid for. Rude and terrible customer service.Â
I like this store it’s easy to find items and the associates working thier always nice and helpful n it’s very clean store n like the gas pump area its nice we get our dog food here its either me or my girlfriend we just got back from our 21st cruise so im always looking for good tanning stuff from bjs I like that tropical tan n I got my karaoke speakers from bjs too they have anything ya need it’s close to house in Moreland so we do slot of shopping here especially for our 200 pound Great Dane pup lol Â
