I visited BJ’s in Miami Lakes today and felt uncomfortable when I was asked to show my membership card, while three other customers entering before and after me were not. I have no problem showing my card, but the rules should apply equally to everyone. At Costco, for example, everyone is expected to have their membership card or app ready upon entering. This experience completely took away my desire to continue shopping, so I grabbed only what I needed and left. Very disappointing.
