Disappointed with Propane Refill Wait Time I waited 52 minutes just to get a propane tank refill at BJ’s. There was only one employee handling both the tire department and the propane dispenser, which caused a long delay. It’s frustrating because propane service should be quick and convenient especially when customers are paying for a membership. BJ’s really needs to assign dedicated staff for propane service or improve scheduling so customers aren’t stuck waiting nearly an hour for something that should take a few minutes.Â
