Lots of empty shelves
It’s disappointing to buy online and pick up in-store at this location. At pickup, the items are not available as the ordered items were never set aside. This happened to me 4x in the last two months. Associates wait for customer to arrive at the pickup kiosk to source the item. I hope leadership with update procedures and processes to ensure BOPIS will go smoothly in the future.
