Pickup service is always wrong- waste of time.
I went to store to purchase a product and elsmere didn’t have it. I checked online the next day and it showed as in-stock. I called to speak with customer service to verify and she said yes, we have 16 in stock. I went to store 10 min later and nothing in stock. Still showed online available. Spoke with manager in store and she said “oh, when we say we have 16 in stock that means we probably don’t have it.” Nobody apologized or even tried to update the inventory online. I visited the store to seek assistance with an online delivery order. The driver left all the items on the curb (it appeared that the delivery person had carelessly discarded the items, as water bottles, potatoes, and other items were scattered everywhere). Unfortunately, it was raining, and the items were soaked. Wendy at the customer service desk was extremely helpful in resolving the issue and assisted me in processing a refund through DoorDash.
