My husband renewed his membership online several weeks ago. The money was deducted from his account immediately and he received a confirmation email from BJ's. He later went to shop here and his card didn't work. After speaking with customer service, he was later told that they had no record of renewal. They took his card, advised him to register for one and pay another membership fee, despite the fact that he showed them the confirmation email on his phone, and sent him on his way.
