They have very bad customer service She didn’t even try to help me out the lady at customer service and She ignored me when I was returning with the receipt and with the pictures of the pjs card but I don’t have it. I use it when I was shopping. but For Returns , I cannot use it. I have to have real card or I have to be In the system So I have bad experience with PJS in Salem New Hampshire. STAY AWAY! Terrible management, and service at Tire Center at Salem. Two tires failed in less than 7000 miles first around 2500. Never answer phone calls, rarely return them, and if you do get someone they put you on hold and let it time you out after 30 minutes. Over an hour wait with my car on the lift for a simple nail plug they couldn't fix it even though it was not in the side wall.
