Their restroom smells really bad repeatedly on each occasion. It was brought to the attention of the customer service employees on at least two occasions but today the restroom still continued to smell. Would be better if they implemented their staff to check the restroom for hygiene hourly or a few times daily. People get sick from (too much) germs, i.e., the overwhelming smells in there, etc ...

Glass jar of oui yogurt found broken and contents gone bad when opened box at home after shopping. Before this, also experienced another brand yogurt had same issue. Only ruthless handling can explain what has happened. Ridiculous.
