Poor customer service. Poor delivery
Rude customer service employees at the help desk
This review of excellence in customer service is for Stephanie, curbside associate at Falls Church in Virginia. She was patient, a good listener, polite, kind and Stephanie made this shopper very happy. It was the first time I tried the pick-up service at BJs in Falls Church.
