I find it hilarious the people that come on here leaving bad reviews knowing tomorrow they will be at bjs again trying to save even more funny those that sit in the gas line for 30 minutes to save 2 dollars and complain when they pass countless gas stations on the way to BJ's stop complaining and be happy we can go somewhere and save something or even better there's many other places to go if you don't like a place grow up and be thankful
I don't understand why the people that check the receipts aren't even remotely friendly. I rarely even get a hello or thank you. Im not asking for over the top friendliness but I think hello & thank you are pretty basic things when you're in a customer service position. Today the person wouldn't even step away from their stand to meet me walking up, no greeting or thank you. Literally just stared at me. Honestly pretty dehumanizing & disheartening to be completely ignored & makes me not want to even visit
