Just left Valley Stream BJs. The worst customer service at the self check out. I rang my purchase up, used my credit card and requested cash back. The transaction went through, the associate walks up to me like I work there and said, "this doesn't take cash"(Very nasty). I said, "I didn't use cash." She takes my receipt and walks away and said nothing. So I stand there. The manager Nameek was no better her ignored her and went about his business. For truck drivers delivering to this store: Pedro greeted me at the dock and was ready to unload my trailer right away even though I was three hours early for my appointment which was at noon. He was as pleased as I to get unloaded early - and he did so quickly! Pedro is stellar! Traffic was heavy getting here per usual, but the store location is easy enough to maneuver through. Pull into the parking lot and travel around the building from the right-hand side and you’ll see the docks once you are all the way around back.
