Very disappointing and upsetting experience. Today I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at this store. The older woman who checks receipts at the exit began harassing me because, according to her, I “should not” have my two babies in the stroller I was using.She repeatedly made rude comments directly to me and then continued talking about me to other customers as I was standing there. Pésimo servicio al cliente, el nombre de la trabajadora que nos asistió fue Natasha tienda#111. Muy mal servicio falta de ética, no supo solucionar, ni ayudar al cliente.
Extremely poor customer service. The employee who assisted us, Natasha at store #111, demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and ethics. She was unable and unwilling to provide solutions or offer any meaningful assistance to the customer. This experience was unacceptable.
Let’s start from that it is my first and last time here! I placed an order online for convenience at this location for pick up, the fruits that I order were given in the worse condition whoever pick this up I really don’t know what they were thinking but the worse part was at the costumer service desk for return the lady that was there her treatment was horrible super bad attitude stated that was not her job with her badge name covered and did not said her name for a proper complaint, and the two women’s at check out door wi... read more
