This is meant to constructive to BJ’s management! Please stop treating the tire business like the bald headed step child. The management doesn’t care about the customer experience. I’ve been here three times and they have systems in place that take away from the customer experience. I would be available to give them feedback on how to improve. The employees in the tire center have been great. Management not so hot. Love the price and lifetime maintenance.
Had an excellent experience at the Tire Center! Emma was so sweet and welcoming, and had all 4 tires on my car changed in no time! Highly recommend this location.
The only redeeming factor of the BJ’s tire center is the BJ’s prices. Employees were rude, inconsiderate, and had functionally no idea what they were doing. I am always happy to be understanding and patient while workers figure things out, however, I expect the same courtesy from the staff. My wife bought tires online and set an appointment to have them put on the following day. She showed up and they said they were not in stock and they would call her when they were in. 7 days went by we called them back, they said, we always have those tires in stock. She was annoyed but asked to schedule a time for Saturday. They said sorry we can’t get you in for a 3-4 days. days. We payed for tires 10 days ago and we still don’t have them.
