The only redeeming factor of the BJ’s tire center is the BJ’s prices. Employees were rude, inconsiderate, and had functionally no idea what they were doing. I am always happy to be understanding and patient while workers figure things out, however, I expect the same courtesy from the staff. My wife bought tires online and set an appointment to have them put on the following day. She showed up and they said they were not in stock and they would call her when they were in. 7 days went by we called them back, they said, we always have those tires in stock. She was annoyed but asked to schedule a time for Saturday. They said sorry we can’t get you in for a 3-4 days. days. We payed for tires 10 days ago and we still don’t have them. I had a wonderful visit. My appointment was at 9:30am. The manager Adam tried to contact me at 8 to let me know he was running a little behind but I didn't have my phone with me. When I got there he was the only one working at the time but he had a very positive attitude and let me know that I could come back at 10am ish and he would have me in.
