Made an appointment for tire rotation and they called the day before saying they were not sure the person who was supposed to work that day would show up and asked me to reschedule. I rescheduled, showed up for my 830 appointment, and the place was locked up and not a single worker. Went into the main store and spoke to a supervisor who stated that the single worker was having car trouble and would be in some time that day, and I could try again later.....not really how service appointments work. I went to BJS to replace a tire. There were people inside, but they didn’t open the door. They acted as if they didn’t see or hear me at all. It felt like I was completely ignored. I waited there for a long time without any help. Very disappointing experience.
Very affordable and always have specials going on.
