I needed a new tire to replace a blow out on a Saturday afternoon. I was stranded in Endicott and needed help right away. I called the BJ Tire Center in Johnson City. Lynn answered immediately and scheduled a time for Sunday to evaluate my tire. On Sunday Alan concluded that I needed a new tire. Worst services ever given by them. Not cooperative, not helpful. It was such a nightmare to get services from them.
While I will say the service manager or I at least think it is him was nice enough to do another after the first alignment free of charge when I came in with my initial complaint about the car pulling all over the place. After spending money on yet another alignment at another garage and then finally taking it to the dealership to find out what is wrong.
