I stopped in and made appointment for 3pm Thursday to get tires on. The manager said they couldn't put on then because the workers hadn't had lunch. He said he would pull out tires and set aside. He called me Wednesday and said he sold them. I was stocked to say the least. This isn't the way to do business.

I purchased 4 new tires and had them installed at BJ's tire center. One tire went flat the same day I purchased it due to a leak around the valve. What was even more frustrating was that I could not get a timely appointment to fix the issue, and had to take it to another shop to get the issue fixed. The staff was polite, but they seem over capacity and do not have enough help. Overall it was a bad experience and I cannot recommend BJ's for tires. Would NOT recommend buying tires here. They took almost $400 for 4 tires, and then (3 weeks later, after calling twice and stopping by twice) told me that BJs doesn't actually carry them. Or, that BJ's "may" carry them, but they're currently unavailable. WHAT?? I asked for a refund, and they agreed. However, weeks later, they claim that they refunded my account yet nothing shows. I have called customer service 3 times now to get to the bottom of this.

Frustrating experience that has me contemplating my membership. I ordered a set of tires online about two weeks ago. During the process, you set up your appointment, which mine was set for yesterday at 11 am. When I got there, they were wrapping up the previous customer. The worker told me it should be approx 1.5 hours. I did some shopping and headed back in at 1.25 hours. At that point, he was, you have the cross climates? Then he said that he couldn't find them.
