I got a good deal on tires at BJ’s online ($360 installed) and came in at 8:00 AM for the service, and since then it’s been a disaster. First they couldn’t get a lug nut off and I had to take it to another mechanic, then they told me they cleaned some gunk of my brakes, but they started squeaking every time I stopped, so now it’s 12:30 and I’m still sitting in their waiting room. They agreed to try to blow dust off the brakes. We’ll see whether that works.
Don't go there for tires...they have a habit of either stripping out wheel studs or breaking them....not happy with that..
I purchased my tires last year with BJ’s at another location in Massachusetts. One of my tires started to have a reoccurring slow leak this year, so I tried to schedule a service to have the tire looked at under warranty . I called multiple times and nobody answered so I left a voicemail for a call back. Multiple days went by with no return call so I called again, and again no answer. I then called the club and had someone go over to the tire department to connect me with a representative who scheduled the service for today.... read more
