Absolutely horrible service! I saw some of the bad reviews on here but figured, it’s just a new set of tires how difficult can it really be? I soon found out the answer to that is very difficult! To start off, the place is hard to find. There are no signs directing you to where it is, as it’s nowhere near the front entrance. We went in on a Sunday, scheduled an appointment for Thursday and purchased tires since we were told they didn’t have the ones we wanted in stock. Essam is an awesome and knowledgeable tech and manager
Ordered tires online ( 2 different months - Feb and May recently) and easily made an appointment to install. Essan & Will were the supervisor and technician present on both appointments and were both professional. Tires were mounted and installed in a very reasonable time which made the transaction extremely easy. Thank you both for a good experience !!
