Went to have tires rotated a few weeks ago. The technicians here are very helpful, skillful and knowledgeable. Thanks so much
Unable to install my tires because my f350 has a gvwr of 11000lbs... that's what the truck is safety cable to weigh with a fully loaded bed, quick Google search says truck weighs gvw7000lbs their lifts are rated for 10000. 3 people where not aware of a difference in the 2 weights. Had to take my buy 3 tires get one free tires to a shop that knows what they're doing. This is all after I was called and told shop was closing early and I had to show up before my 330 appointment. Why schedule work on a truck you "can't"work on?
The man who changed my tires is extremely kind and quick! I really recommend this location if you need anything done. I will continue to go here for my car services.
