This place is terrible how do you have one person working ridiculous. 2 hours for a tire rotation and balancing is crazy especially when you have an appointment. I don’t care if it’s free I’m never coming back to this crapÂ
I had a positive experience at this location. Straight forward with no issues. Placed an order online for two tires. Tires were delivered in 3 days, and my appointment was on time as scheduled. Arrived, signed some paperwork, walked around the mall, and my tires were done in an hour and a half. They called me to let me know the car was done. Overall a pleasant and easy experience.Â
Greg is an amazing worker. His service was impeccable he guided me to the perfect tire my car needed, and he was really fast installing the tires. This man needs a raised. He’s clearly overworked. He’s was by himself the whole time dealing with other customers and everything in that area there should be somebody else definitely helping him the poor guy slaving himself. The five stars is only for his service.Â
Every single time and I mean every single time I go here it’s an issue. They can’t find my account or the paperwork wasn’t filed properly and then they give attitude as if it was my fault. Makes me regret getting my tires from here. Next time I’m going to CostcoÂ
Came here not knowing nothing at all and Greg Galvez a nice young gentle man helped me out and was very knowledgeable in his work. Definitely ask for Greg when needing any inquires.Â
