I will never purchase tires here again. Been coming for the past couple months to get air because the tire I purchased here keeps going low, but there is no hole(faulty). So I finally used the road hazard and had to pay more for the new tire than I paid for the original tire. My appointment was at 3:45. It’s currently 5:12 and I’m still here. I had an amazing experience at this BJ's Josh, the employee working at this time, was the only person there and he was still courteous, attentive, and respectful to myself and my elderly mother as he was still attending to other customers. My tire need was met and I will be coming back! Give Josh a raise or a promotion lol he is a great and caring leader.

Low class and roguish. I don't recommend anyone come here for tire service. They are a complete waste of your time. Their hours are listed as opening at 9a.m., online and on the door, however upon arrive I was informed that they don't open until 1p.m. This is pure foolishness. Why aren't you open during normal business hours or update the hours listed? I could've saved gas and went somewhere else.
