Exceptional. Bought Cooper tires 5-6 months ago when there was a buy 3 get one free AND free installation. The purchase & installation was smooth, prompt & uneventful. Was so pleased I gave the young man a nice tip. Just went to rotate tires (FREE service if you buy tires there). Made and appointment and my wait was minimal. During rotation, mechanic found a BOLT in a tire! It was repaired FREE; again big tip. Horrible service, felt like they were rushing me after i was being patient waiting for hours to even be seen. When I finally got my tires replaced they were deflated by the morning. I go back to get them seen and end up waiting 3 hours only for them to still have messed up and I have a small leak that i have to fill my tires every two weeks. If you dont have a warranty you’re taking advantage of, go anywhere else
Terrible service. And one of the employees was rude.
