Got a full set of tires, good price, staff was nice and professional but clearly undermanned. They had 1 guy handling the tire Center (register & placing the tires), and also handling the calls and propane. Does good work from what I saw
I’m rating 1 star because it is a requirement in order to leave a review. But if I could leave zero, I would. I recently purchased four new tires from this shop, and they also installed and balanced them. A few days later, I returned because the car was vibrating due to what appeared to be a balancing issue. Exceptional. Bought Cooper tires 5-6 months ago when there was a buy 3 get one free AND free installation. The purchase & installation was smooth, prompt & uneventful. Horrible service, felt like they were rushing me after i was being patient waiting for hours to even be seen. When I finally got my tires replaced they were deflated by the morning. I go back to get them seen and end up waiting 3 hours only for them to still have messed up and I have a small leak that i have to fill my tires every two weeks. If you dont have a warranty you’re taking advantage of, go anywhere else
Terrible service. And one of the employees was rude.
