Quick tire service! I came in to change one tire and it took approx. 30-45 mins. Omar was very helpful - I believe he needs additional staff to take care of the reception area, so that he’s not overworked.
Every time I come I get horrible service. I have been sent home because they have no time for me. Now I make another appointment and when I get here they can’t find me in the system. They blamed me for not asking who I spoke to. My appt was at 12pm and they wanted me to wait until 4pm. After refusing to wait until 4, they took my car. Overall, bj’s doesn’t hire enough people to make this a decent service. There was one guy handling the phone and a whole line of people for both propane and car services . Visibly handling it as best as he can , but he needs at least one more service member . The guy here said he’d be able to get to me in a few minutes. After 30 minutes, I had to leave without the tire patch that comes with the tire warranty . Overworked employees don’t breed a quality service. I hope BJ’s supplements the front desk . No customer service....2 people to do everything! From answer the phones, select the tires, installs them, pay ....terrible.
