I came in to get some air in my tire, well the fat white guy said go across the street to the air pump. Thanks again to the young lady, that help me out. BJS it would be nice to train your staff in etiquette and customer service, especially to a BJS member.
I normally just take time to review businesses that go above and beyond. I purchased the tires online and scheduled the installation online as well. When i arrived for my appointment today I noticed there was only one person working the counter and the shop. I was thinking to myself this is going to be a long day. But little did i know how efficient, thorough and professional the technician was. You can buy tires at many places but to find such a good technician in todays workforce is rare.
