Extremely poor customer service. Ordered 4 tires with installation on the app on a Wednesday for Saturday morning installation. Got a voicemail from Dave on Friday evening stating they only had 2 tires and that the other two would be in on Monday and to call to reschedule. I called Friday, Saturday x2, Sunday and Monday leaving voicemails, without a return call. Come Monday at 1:00pm received a email stating I have a tire installation at 8:00am Tuesday. I have written probably 5 reviews in my life and BJ’s tire service in Canton is worthy of my 6th. I bought tires and scheduled an appointment for 9am. My appointment was set for 9am. I arrive at 850am and approach the door and see their hours are 945am. So I wait in my car until 945 and as 945 arrives there is no one to be found.
